Trademark registration & protection

I want to register my brand name or logo
We file across the right class (of the 45) after a proper search, and take it through to the registration certificate — protecting the name nationally so it's exclusively yours.
Should I do a trademark search before filing?
Yes — filing blind risks rejection and wasted fees if a similar mark exists. We search the Registry first and tell you honestly whether your mark is registrable.
I received a trademark objection (examination report)
The Registry has raised an objection under Section 9 or 11, and there's a deadline to reply. We draft a reasoned response and attend the hearing — most objections are winnable with the right argument.
Someone has opposed my trademark
A third party filed an opposition against your application. We defend it through the opposition proceedings, evidence and hearing.
A competitor is using a name like mine
If your mark is registered, you can act on infringement; even unregistered, passing-off may protect you. We send the cease-and-desist and pursue the remedy.
